Make sure JavaScript is "On".
Make sure Cookies are enabled for all web sites.
If Vu-Bridge says you are not recognized and Cookies are “On”, here’s a possible fix:
When private browsing is turned “On” your web browser won’t let Vubridge recognize you!
Check that "Private Browsing" mode is Off:
To toggle private browsing "Off" touch the private button.
